Quality –arises from “the underlying conviction to completely satisfy customer needs at minimum cost levels”. High quality delivery is core to our culture and philosophy.

Our delivery centre has a multi-faceted quality program that allows us to meet and exceed our client’s strict quality expectations. Quality is driven both top-down and bottom-up with the involvement of the entire organization. We have a track record of continual improvement, and of process re-engineering to deliver value to clients.

Our quality program encompasses

ISO9001:2000 - Our quality management system has been certified by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) to be in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000. The certification applies to back office support services covering banking/credit processing, insurance related services, employee administration, deposit processing, wealth management, and accounting services.

Suggestion schemes - We have a bottom-up suggestion scheme designed to generate ideas for process improvements (“Kaizen”). The suggestion scheme is actively used and has generated several ideas that have been implemented.

ISO / IEC 27001:2005 - Our Information Security Management System has been certified by STQC IT Certification Services to be in compliance with the ISO / IEC 27001:2005.

Customized Six Sigma - We are currently undertaking an customized Six Sigma quality initiative. This initiative encompasses various elements of six sigma and TQM principles, and applies it in customized form to our processes, tailored to each client.
