Transition Methodology:
|
Our experience
has taught us that a process is much easier to manage
in a stable environment. We have developed a transition
tool kit based on our experience to ensure a quick
startup and minimal disruption to services during
transition. At this stage the target process is transitioned
off-shore. During this phase an overall project plan
is put together for all the necessary tasks involved
in the transition and then they are signed off one
by one as they are completed.
|
Our
"REAL Transitions"
tool-kit was developed from experience migrating
over 146 processes for 30 clients in four countries.
Real-World:
proven and tested, informed by decades of experience
with "real-world" processes.
Rigorous:
Our tool-kit addresses the full range of transition
issues including IT/connectivity, HR/skills, training,
risk assessment, regulatory compliance and communication
with your off-shore team.
Customized:
No two transitions are identical, and we provide
a "staged" transition process with multiple
go/no-go points - we will escalate only after client
satisfaction is 100%.
|
 |
The
overall goals of the transition phase are as followed:
|
To ensure that current process is understood and
documented in detail.
To understand the current performance level of the
processes.
To jointly evolve a workflow and a process map for
distributed operation.
To identify process improvement possibilities.
To develop process performance ramp up goals.
To create a standard operating procedure.
