Gulf Outsourcing Services FZ LLC (GOS), formed in April 2007, provides expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Shared Services for transaction based non-voice back office operations. GOS is uniquely positioned to deliver end-to-end, integrated BPO solutions addressing the outsourcing needs of Middle East & North Africa market and service customers in Banking, Financial services and Insurance (BFSI) Industry. The company is a joint venture between ETA Star group, Dubai and Sundaram Business Services, (division of Sundaram Finance), Chennai, India. The joint venture is structured to benefit from the ETA knowledge of the domestic market and Sundaram Business Services domain knowledge, processes, people, and proprietary “Real-Transitions” toolkit.
